Pupil Wellbeing Support (Exams)
For most of you, the experience of sitting an exam is new and can be something that causes you to worry.
Remember it is normal to feel anxious or worried about exams. There are a wide variety of things that you can do to help you cope with any worries you might have about the exams.
Mrs Gauffre will also be running some after school Mindfulness workshops remotely through Teams. If you would like more information come and see Mr Duncan. Mrs Gauffre also has a Guided Meditation to help you develop your calm.
